THE CAT LOVER GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your order within 30 days of purchase. This does not apply to items on sale or free + shipping offers.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We are currently testing international shipments. Depending on your location, shipping times and prices will vary.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We try our best to ship all orders within 24-72 hours of being placed Monday-Friday during our business hours. 

 

I'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER # BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING #?

Orders can take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email.

 

I'VE RECEIVED MY TRACKING #, BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION. 

Shipping information can take 24-72 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS for U.S. orders. All other countries may have slightly longer delays for the tracking information to update.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipping times may take 3-4 weeks since we are a small startup fulfilling from multiple locations for our customers, as well as fluctuating demand.

We partner with vendors all over the world to bring you the best Cat Loving products, so shipping times will also vary depending on the product.

We appreciate your early support! As a thank you for supporting us, we will add you to our "Founding Cat Lovers" list where you'll receive special access to deals and other awesome goodies!

 

HOW DO I ENTER MY PROMO CODE? 

You will be given the opportunity to enter a PROMO code during check-out, and after you've entered your billing and shipping information. 

 

I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES. WHAT’S GOING ON?

Please double check your shipping and billing address. Our system runs a check through your banking institution to verify all information matches before your order can be processed. You may want to try re-typing your information to make sure it matches the proper format. If you are still having issues, please email support@catlover365.com.

 

MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are having trouble placing an order, please feel free to contact us and we can assist you over the phone. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST. Send your message through our contact page, or simply email support@catlover365.com.

 

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Your order can be altered at any time prior to the shipment. Once the order is shipped, we are unfortunately unable to allow changes. If it is before shipment, please email us at support@catlover365.com. If you would like to purchase an additional item, please start a new order.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused or defective merchandise within 7 days. The item must be unworn and unused. We do not accept returns for special offer and free items nor requests for exchanges. Please include your order number and receipt inside your return package and mail it to:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once we receive your return package, it will typically take up to 5 business days from the time we receive your package for your payment to be refunded back to the payment method on your account.

 

I'VE ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF MY ITEMS FROM MY ORDER. WHERE'S MY STUFF?

Our items ship from different locations at different time zones. Although we do our absolute best to process your order in as few packages as possible, there may be delays and we will always double check your order for errors.
